Caroline McQuarrie is an interdisciplinary artist whose work engages primarily with the conventions of photography and hand-crafted textile objects. Exposing commonalities and points of divergence across these disparate fields of inquiry, her work generates new understandings about the location of meaning and memory in visual culture.
McQuarrie is a Lecturer in Photography at the School of Fine Arts, College of Creative Arts, Massey University, Wellington New Zealand.
