Bus Tour to Palmerston North, Massey University Campus, Te Manawa Museum and the Palmerston North Quadrangle
The Friends of Aratoi's bus trip heads to Palmerston North this year.
First stop is at the the beautiful Wharerata Homestead at Massey University for morning coffee, followed by a tour of the sculptures around the campus.
After lunch, the tour heads to Te Manawa for a curator talk in the Paul Dibble Retrospective Exhibition and exclusive back of house tour, and a sculpture walkabout with expert guide Peter Shelton of the Palmerston North Sculpture Trust.
The tour finishes with a trip down memory lane, walking through Te Manawa's famous Christmas Cave.
Leave Aratoi at 8am, returning at 4.30pm.
