This exhibition showcases the work of Year 9 and 10 students from eight Wairarapa secondary schools. The Masterton Trust Lands Trust, through the Wairarapa Secondary Principals Association, funds a curriculum extension and enrichment programme for students.
The 15 students, who took part, worked at King St Art Studio over three days with tutor Linda Tilyard. They explored the ancient technique of silverpoint drawing as well as etching and painting.
Their work is published, along with the student creative writing, in a book which will be launched on exhibition opening night.
