A celebration of the art and life of Wairarapa artist Jan Eagle (1936-2018), featuring over 60 of her iconic paintings. A mover and shaker in Wairarapa community, Jan dedicated her life to the arts and to supporting other artists. Her works are a celebration of life: bright, quirky and full of meaning.
Curated by Gwenda Saunders and Marg Robinson, the exhibition also features Jan’s much-loved car Edna May and the newly released book The Story of Edna May, written and illustrated by Gwenda Saunders.
A tribute book is available for visitors to sign.
